We are proud to offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States — no minimums, no surprise fees at checkout. Because our items are handmade by individual artisans, each piece is carefully packaged by the maker themselves, ensuring your order arrives beautifully presented and ready to gift.
We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO military addresses. We are working on expanding to international destinations — join our newsletter to be notified when global shipping becomes available.
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.95 flat rate.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95 flat rate. All options include tracking and insurance up to $100.
Each order is handcrafted specifically for you. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days for most items. Personalized and custom orders may take 3-7 business days to create before shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number the moment your package ships.
As soon as your order leaves the artisan's studio, we send you a confirmation email with a USPS or UPS tracking number. You can track your package in real time through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us at info@makersmarketindy.com.
If your package arrives damaged, please email info@makersmarketindy.com within 48 hours with photos of both the item and the packaging. We will immediately coordinate with the artisan to send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases. For lost packages, we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund your order within 5 business days.
